Fapiao helps its owner collect invoice PDFs from Gmail and organise monthly invoice records in Google Sheets.
How it works
The locally operated tool reads invoice emails selected by the owner, downloads attachments or invoice links, and extracts invoice details using deterministic rules. Documents that cannot be reliably recognised are left for manual review.
It adds new invoice records to the owner’s Google Sheets and preserves existing entries and manual corrections.
Google account access
- Gmail: read selected invoice emails and attachments, and manage processing labels.
- Google Sheets: create and maintain invoice lists and monthly summaries.
- Google Drive: find and organise the spreadsheets in the owner’s chosen folder.
Access is granted through Google’s consent screen. This is a private, personal utility; this website provides information only and does not accept invoice uploads or Google sign-ins.
