Privacy policy
This policy covers the personal invoice workflow operated by the owner of cegid.work.
Data accessed and purpose
With the owner’s Google authorisation, the tool reads selected Gmail messages, sender and message metadata, attachments and invoice download links. It extracts invoice identifiers, dates, seller and buyer details, amounts and currencies to prepare monthly records in the owner’s Google Sheets.
Gmail access also supports processing labels. Sheets and Drive access supports locating, creating and organising the owner’s invoice spreadsheets. The workflow does not send emails.
Storage and service providers
Downloaded PDFs, processing state, review records, diagnostic files and OAuth credentials are stored on the owner’s computer. Invoice records are stored in the owner’s Google account. When an invoice link is followed, the relevant invoice provider receives the download request and the link’s access parameters. Currency conversion may request public exchange-rate data using dates and currency codes.
This public information website does not receive Gmail messages, invoices or OAuth tokens. Its hosting and network providers may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. No advertising or analytics scripts are added to these pages.
Use and sharing
Google user data is used only to provide the invoice workflow described here. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Invoice extraction uses deterministic rules, not AI or large language models. Data is not shared with unrelated third parties.
czgoogleagent’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention, deletion and access control
The owner retains local files and Google records until they choose to delete them; there is no automatic retention deadline. The owner can delete local PDFs, state, logs and credentials, and remove spreadsheets or records from Google Drive and Sheets, including their trash and any backups.
Google access can be revoked at any time from Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorised access but does not delete existing local files or Google records. Local files and credentials should be protected by the owner’s device and account access controls.
